I have been using this facility for over a year now and it's been great. The rental rate has never increased like a lot of places do. I've never experienced rodent or insect issues always have had well lit 24hr access. Even though it's a bit of a drive from my home in Anoka, Mn it's a very pretty drive with multiple gas stations and places to eat along the way from all directions. I would highly recommend checking this place out to see if it fits your needs. “
